Built to the highest quality, Josef Seibel footwear offers the highest level of comfort for all day, everyday wear. Carl August Seibel started his shoe making business in the small village of Hauenstein, Germany. Named after his son Josef, the brand was born. Nestled in the sleepy wine-making Rhineland-Palatinate, it was one of many shoe making factories in the region. In 1907 a new larger building was built. Today they produce shoes worldwide and the comfort and quality in what they make today from years gone by the traditions have been passed through.
