Returns & Exchanges

Requests to return/exchange your goods MUST BE MADE within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please let us know by phone
0800 4 SHOES (74637) or email (info@mavismick.co.nz) and we will contact you to process the return - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for products that show manufacturing defects.

Requests for refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will advise you of the address to return the goods to, and any other information you need to know. Once we receive your parcel, we will be in touch within 3-5 business days regarding your refund/exchange.

To return your purchase your goods must be in their original, unused condition with tags and original packaging, you will need to provide proof of purchase.

Any items purchased on sale/ special prices cannot be exchanged or refunded. Except for products that show manufacturing defects.

We do not refund based on a change of mind so please choose carefully.

Please note that:
FREE SHIPPING ORDERS - for orders that received free shipping initially; when you return an order for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund price. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Mavis and Mick does not cover delivery fees for exchanges.
Refunds are not available on Sale Goods/Special Prices, but we are happy to exchange them under the same criteria mentioned above.
Mavis and Mick will meet all requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
