Returns & Exchanges

Requests to return/exchange your goods MUST BE MADE within 7 days of purchase. Please let us know by phone or email and we will contact you to arrange the return.
Requests for refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
To return your purchase you will need to ensure that your goods are in their original condition, are with the original packaging and you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of this information we will advise you the address to return the goods to, and any other information you need to know.
Sale T&Cs - Fashions products and Shoes purchased on sale cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Except for products that show manufacturing defects.

Please note that:
FREE SHIPPING ORDERS - for orders that received free shipping initially; when you return an order for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund price. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Mavis and Mick does not cover delivery fees for exchanges.
Refunds are not available on Sale Goods, but we are happy to exchange them under the same criteria mentioned above.
Mavis and Mick will meet all requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
