Returns & ExchangesRequests to return/exchange your goods MUST BE MADE within 7 days of purchase. Please let us know by phone or email and we will contact you to arrange the return.
Requests for refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
To return your purchase you will need to ensure that your goods are in their original condition, are with the original packaging and you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of this information we will advise you the address to return the goods to, and any other information you need to know.
Winter Sale T&Cs - Fashions products and Lucky Last Shoes purchased on sale cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Shoes purchased on sale can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Refund not available. Except for products that show manufacturing defects.
Please note that:
Mavis and Mick does not cover delivery fees for exchanges.
Refunds are not available on Sale Goods, but we are happy to exchange them under the same criteria mentioned above.
Mavis and Mick will meet all requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
