What is a Pre Order?
Pre Orders are available on some of our styles due to Covid-19 Alert Level 4 cannot be delivered, allowing you to reserve your size and be the first in line to receive it on delivery!

Pre Orders often sell out before arrival, so get in quick to avoid disappointment!

Estimated delivery date for my style?
Both United Nude & Minx styles will be dispatched to our shop once NZ moves to Alert Level 2. Our estimated delivery date for pre-order items are our best estimates only and can change based on a variety of factors outside of our control. If the style is more than two weeks outside of this estimated date, we will contact you.

What happens if I have ordered an item available in-stock together with my pre-order, in the same order?
Please note that if you placed an order which includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be shipped out together, once the pre-order item has arrived to us at our warehouse. We do not split orders once they have been placed. If you want your 'in stock' and available item to be shipped straight away, it does need to be ordered separately.

• Pre Order items are not currently in stock, and will be shipped when they arrive to our shop
• You will receive an email confirmation when we send out your Pre Order item or it is ready for Click and Collect
• Pre Order items are not eligible for discounts or promotions.
• ALL Pre Orders are final and are not able to be refunded or exchanged before dispatch.
